There’s absolutely no pressure to pose a certain way or stress about what to do with your hands. We’re both loosening up, navigating the vibes, and finding our flow. But once we’re warmed up—we’re locked in. You’ll feel totally at ease, and I promise you - you’ll have so much fun!
